Do you want a change of career but don’t know what you want to do? Have you recently been made redundant? Or are you stuck at a career crossroad? We offer one to one coaching providing you with practical support, and encouragement to help you develop clear goals and an action plan to achieve your objectives.

 

The DVA Approach

Following a three stage approach DVA (Discover Vision Action) we will work with you to establish your core skills and values, explore career options, then create an action plan to move you in your chosen direction.

Our career coaching approach makes use of various assessments which you will need to complete between coaching sessions. These will help you to explore your approach to and relationship with work.

First we will get you to really know yourself. Discover your key drivers, strengths, skills and core values. Identify the things that motivate you and will make you want to get up in the morning in order to make your career choice fulfilling, satisfying and sustainable.

Vision

Let your imagination fly, together we’ll explore new career possibilities and realistic options. We’ll help you generate new and fresh ideas that will inspire you to make them a reality.

Action

The hard part; but not with our support. Together we look at the blocks that are stopping you taking your chosen career path, and look at the gaps that have to be bridged before you can get there.

Training Courses

We run training courses on how you can gain a competitive advantage over other applicants at job interviews and assessment centres. Our intensive interview and assessment centre courses are designed to mirror the actual recruitment process at the top accountancy, banking, management consulting and law firms. Dozens of our delegates have secured jobs at top UK and international companies such as PWC, Accenture, Stephenson Harwood, and Bank of America.

 

Demonstrate your skills

We offer an employers’ insight into the recruitment and assessment process. Our training sessions on preparing for interviews and assessment centres will help increase your confidence, familiarise yourself with the exercises used by employers as well as offering you tailored one to one coaching and feedback. Our aim is to enable you to demonstrate to employers your skills and abilities during the interview and assessment process in order for you to be offered the job over other candidates.

Intensive training

An intensive one day course developed and especially designed for graduates on which you will experience a simulation of a real life assessment centre (modelled around those used by Big Four accountancy firms, Magic Circle Law Firms, Management Consultancies, international Investment Banks and other Times Top 100 graduate employers)
